This transmission pan features external cooling fins and internal heat sinks as well has an extra 3 quart capacity. These cooling fins, along with the aluminum construction, help to reduced transmission fluid temperatures. Cooler transmission fluid lubricates better to help increase transmission service life. This new pan includes a 304 stainless steel drain plug with neodymium magnet to remove harmful ferrous metals from the transmission fluid.
